I worked on Otorepa while I was a product designer at Etrexio. Otorepa was their main product, and they wanted to present it at the Qatar Web Summit. It was my first time working in-house with a Turkish company, which had a different culture and work behavior. Additionally, the car-to-part marketplace in Turkey was new to me.

Since we had limited time to deliver the design for the mobile app, website, and web app, I decided to create a product process roadmap based on team velocity, business goals, and milestones. Previously, all projects at Etrexio followed the waterfall process, which led to a lot of back-and-forth and missed milestones. With my new roadmap, which was based on team culture, Google Design Thinking, and agile scrum methodology, we completed the production on time. We also created two design graphics modes based on our users' culture.
